Log stackers
Metsi PNA-1200 log stacker accepts the output of high speed rotary presses and forms the products into a neat horizontal piles with exactly predeterminated number of copies, places a protective board at each end, presses them, binds them with a polypropylen band and transfers the ready piles to a table for preprogrammed palletizing.
All this is completely automatic. The adjustment required by different product sizes are all quick and easy to carry out, the machine can be either left or right handed, fitted with automatic palletizing or without, etc.
The PNA-1200 handles signatures rapidly and precisely and is ideally suited to gravure, heat-set and cold-set rotary presses.
